We use a low-pressure casting method to produce a high quality light weight aluminum product. Each cover features heavy duty construction allowing for superior heat dissipation and increased lubrication. All Differential cover includes all stainless steel hardware, a magnetic drain plug for oil changes without removing the cover and is available in three finishes. Painted black, sand blasted or polished.
We cast these in one piece from A356.2 aluminum in our facility using the latest technology

We heat treat for added strength
Aluminum dissipates heat/Cast iron holds heat (that’s why I have an aluminum differential cover but cook with cast iron)
Keeping your differential cool reduces damage to your bearings
The cover is 3/8” thick
Top flange is ½” thick
Bottom flange is 1 full inch thick
We have countersunk the bottom bolts to reduce having the bolts catch on something or shear off
You do not need a protective skid plate for the above reasons!
